Breakout sessions being covered include What to Do if You Get Sued, How to Run a Family Meeting, Effective Communication Strategies and Facilitating End-of-Life Discussions.

NEW! Medical Education

Thought-provoking issues such as Hospital Management of Patients Presenting with ALTE, Management of Febrile Infants and Common Clinical Conundrums are addressed in the breakout sessions.

Practice Management
The importance of organizational infrastructure related to the practice of hospital medicine is well recognized. The topics in this track include Hospitalists and Observation Care, Virtual Care in the Acute Setting, Innovative Hospitalist Staffing Models and Case Studies in Improving Patient Experience.

Quality
